Pizza Artist / Crew Member
As a Pizza Artist, you're the heart of the Mod Pizza experience. You'll craft custom pizzas, serve customers with energy and enthusiasm, and keep the restaurant clean and welcoming. No experience necessary — just a positive attitude and a love for great food.
What We're Looking For

Shift Leader
Lead a shift with confidence! Shift Leaders are responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll handle opening/closing procedures, inventory checks, and resolve any in-store issues quickly and professionally.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of restaurant or retail experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience handling cash and POS systems
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to motivate and mentor team members
Assistant General Manager
The Assistant General Manager plays a vital role in driving business performance and building a high-performing team. You'll partner with the GM to manage day-to-day operations, lead recruiting and training efforts, and foster a positive, productive work culture that reflects Mod Pizza's values.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of management experience in food service
- Proven track record of team development
- Strong financial acumen (P&L understanding)
- ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
Catering Coordinator
Coordinate and execute catering orders for corporate events, parties, and community gatherings. You'll communicate with clients, prepare orders accurately and on time, and ensure every catering experience reflects Mod Pizza's dedication to quality and creativity.
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- Experience with event or catering coordination a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Proficiency with basic computer tasks
Social Media & Marketing Associate
Help tell the Mod Pizza story online! You'll create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, manage community interactions, and support local marketing campaigns. If you're creative, digitally savvy, and passionate about food culture — this role is for you.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
- Familiarity with social analytics tools
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
